What is OSP?
The OSP is a transformative two-week summer school in the city of Oxford, designed for high school students aged 14–18. At OSP, students embark on a journey of growth and discovery, guided by our three core pillars:

Who can apply for OSP?
Our OSP summer programme for high school students welcomes ambitious learners aged 14–18 who are academically motivated and eager to explore university-level study in an intellectually stimulating environment.
What are the programme dates?
2nd August 2026 (check-in) to 15th August 2026 (check-out).
What is included in the programme fee?
The OSP offers two package options under its Oxford summer school experience:
1. The OSP Experience – £6,499
Our signature Oxford summer program for high school students is an all-inclusive package covering:
- All academic teaching, tutorials, and workshops
- Accommodation for 13 nights at an Oxford college
- Three meals per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
- Graduation ceremony and certificate
- All planned cultural activities and excursions
- Airport transfers to and from Heathrow Airport on select dates
This all-inclusive fee allows scholars to focus entirely on learning, exploration, and personal growth without hidden costs.
2. The OSP Experience + Career Exploration Add-On – £7,499 (£1,000 top-up)
Students who choose to upgrade can take part in the Career Exploration programme – a unique addition that provides real-world exposure through:
- Future Pathways Exploration
- First-Hand Industry Experience
- Networking Opportunities
- Real-World Workshops
- Career Mentorship
- Professional Skills Development
This enhancement helps students connect their academic passions to potential career paths, making it an ideal complement to their Oxford summer course.
Not Included in the Programme Fee
- Airfare to and from the UK
- Travel or health insurance (if required)
- Visa costs or Electronic Travel Authorisation (if applicable)
- Personal expenses such as toiletries, snacks, and drinks outside meal times
Is financial aid available for the OSP Summer School?
Yes – financial aid is available for students enrolling in the OSP Summer School, one of the leading summer courses for high school students based in the city of Oxford. Applications for financial aid are now open and can be submitted through the following application form.
Recipients of financial aid will receive a partial reduction of up to 25% in their programme fees. Awards are granted based on a student’s demonstrated financial need, academic merit, and leadership potential.
Please note that no fully funded awards or scholarships are available. The financial aid covers only a portion of the programme fee and does not include expenses related to flights, visas, or travel arrangements.
How should I pay for my course?
You can pay for the course through bank transfer, online payment, or by using a card payment via a secure Stripe link. Further details on payment options will be provided directly to scholars once they are selected for the programme.
Is there an installment plan available for payments?
The first deposit (20%) must be paid in full to secure your place in the programme.
However, after the deposit has been made, the remaining balance can be divided into installments according to our payment policy.
Our team will share the installment schedule and details once your initial payment is received.
Where is this summer school hosted?
During the programme, scholars will stay at Oxford colleges such as St. Anne’s, St. Hugh’s, Somerville and Linacre – ensuring an authentic Oxford summer school experience.
What can I expect from the academic courses?
Students can choose one course from eight offered options, each providing an immersive experience of OSP’s Oxford summer courses. These courses include interactive workshops, lectures, and practical sessions with experts in the field to give students an in-depth understanding of a specific subject. At the end of each course, students will complete a project that allows them to apply the knowledge gained throughout the course, showcasing their skills and insights in a real-world context.
Am I allowed to study more than one course?
No, students can only select one course to ensure a focused and immersive learning experience.
Will I get a certificate upon completion?
Yes, all successful scholars will receive a certificate during the graduation ceremony, acknowledging their academic achievement and participation in the programme.
What is a typical day like at OSP?
A day at our summer school includes morning tutorials or seminars, afternoon workshops, and evening activities or cultural outings. Scholars also enjoy meals in the Oxford college dining hall, offering a taste of traditional university life.
Is English language fluency required?
Yes. Since the entire OSP summer school is conducted in English, all scholars must be fluent or near-fluent to fully engage in academic discussions, workshops, and group projects throughout the Oxford summer school experience.
Will I receive written feedback on my work?
Yes, students receive an official academic transcript along with detailed written feedback on both their final presentation and academic report. This helps highlight their progress, strengths, and areas for development – valuable for future academic and university applications.
What kind of cultural experiences will I have?
You’ll explore historic Oxford colleges, enjoy traditional punting on the Cherwell, attend guest speaker dinners, visit iconic UK sites like London, experience a memorable boat party, immerse yourself in a vibrant cultural night, and celebrate with a special graduation ceremony.
